Taichi Lock uses Apple Screen Time controls so users can select apps they want to pause. Apple keeps readable app details private; Taichi Lock works with privacy-preserving selection data where supported.

Notifications are used to remind users when an unlock window ends. Taichi Lock does not sell personal data.
